📢 Important Notice: September Meeting Date Change
- Dear MCEA Members,
Please be advised that our regular monthly meeting has been rescheduled from September 16th to September 15th, 2026 at 11:30 AM.
Our normal meeting date conflicted with the City Health Fair, and we felt it was important that our members not have to choose between the two. We made this change so that everyone has the opportunity to attend both events.
As a reminder, this is a routine monthly meeting. While all members are welcome to attend, we do have limited space. We especially encourage members who are interested in becoming a Director or Steward for any of our open MCEA positions, or members who have concerns to bring before the board, to please make attendance a priority.

Please note that our October meeting will have a time and venue change, as we will be hosting our Annual Meeting on October 21st, 2026 at 5:30 PM. Further details, including the venue and RSVP information, will be announced shortly. Please watch for an upcoming text and website post with all the details. Your RSVP will help us determine the venue size and food needs, so we encourage all members to respond.
Following our Annual Meeting, our regular monthly meetings will resume on the third Wednesday of each month, returning to our normal schedule in November with the meeting on November 18th, 2026 at 11:30 AM.
